Warranty policy:
Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer or publisher of the Products. Techno Market makes no warranties whatsoever.
Techno Market’s sole obligation in the event of breach of any warranty shall be replacement of defective Products.
Return policy:
Requirements: Buyer must obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from Techno Market for all returns. RMAs will be issued, at Techno Market’s sole discreation, in accordance with these terms and conditions. RMAs are valid for twenty fifteen (15 ) calendar days from the date of issuance.
Buyer must allow for in-transit time for Products to be returned to Techno Market, as Techno Market must physically receive Products within the fifteen (15) calendar days.
RMAs will be issued for authorized returns under one of the following categories: (i) defective Products, (ii) damaged Products, (iii) other reasons
(i) Defective Product Returns: Defective returns are only for Products purchased from Techno Market that are inoperable or for not function in accordance with the specifications published by the manufacturer or publisher and are covered under the manufacturer’s or publisher’s warranty. Buyer may request an RMA for the return of defective Products, excluding Special Order Products, within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice date. Upon receipt of the defective Product for which the RMA was issued, Techno Market may test the Products and may return to Buyer, at Buyer’s expense, any Products found not to be defective,
(ii) Damaged Product Returns: Damaged Product returns are only for Products purchased from Techno Market and shipped via Techno Market’s carrier of choice that are damaged in transit from Techno Market to the Buyer. Buyer shall notify Techno Market and request an RMA within such time shall be deemed an acceptance of the Product as of the date of shipment.
(iii) Other Reasons: All other returns must be made within 30 days of original date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All returned or exchanged items must be in same condition.
Privacy Policy:
We at Techno Market take your privacy as seriously as you do. To help ensure your privacy, we use the most up-to-date encryption technology to keep your personal information as secure as possible. This includes your billing, credit card, and account information; none of this can be read as it travels to our system. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. without your permission, or except as otherwise provided below. You do not have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping, entering a contest or an auction at Techno Market.
If you would like to receive email regarding Techno Market Specials, leave the appropriate box checked during the Order process, Registration process, or click the link for the Techno Market Newsletter on our Home Page and fill in the form. Every email newsletter comes with a link to unsubscribe. We do, on occasion, send out an email announcement to inform our customers when we add a major new feature to our website; once again, those email addresses are not shared with anyone else. If you wish us to retain personal information (to make repeat shopping easier), you need to complete our registration process, which includes setting up a unique email address and password. To modify your personal information, you will need to click on “My Account”, and enter your email address and password. Techno Market will provide vendors with your contact information when requested to do so in connection with a product recall. Techno Market may sometimes provide certain vendors with your contact information or with other information when contractually required to do so.
